The screened porch on a model home at WindMark Beach becomes an outdoor living space. It measures 40 feet long by 12 feet wide — plenty of space for a 10-foot farm table and lots of rockers. Connected to the kitchen and living room, I am sure this is where the entertaining and dining often takes place!
